Return policy

At James & Sarah London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. This document clearly outlines our returns policy.

Conditions for Returns

The following conditions apply to all returns:

  • Items can only be registered for return after they have been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted; wearing them beyond fitting is not allowed.

  • Returns of products deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all items are not accepted.

Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return by emailing info@jamessarah-london.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. After registration, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any shipping or customs costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, and provided it meets our return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • James & Sarah London is not responsible for lost return shipments if tracking information shows the parcel was delivered to the provided return address.

  • If an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, this remains the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any errors in the delivery address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
